About BRIO Artist: Julie and Ron Flint
Ron and Julie Flint started in 1992 with just one new miter saw and a life-long love for woodworking. Today, they operate a small company north of Seattle. Their work is for anyone who loves the natural beauty of wood finely crafted into functional items. They specialize in joining woods, unstained and sustainably grown, to design and make the bookmarks and rulers carried by BRIO. They also produce greeting cards, and recently completed one for us with a Galena scene by local artist, Dwight Walles.
Their products are handmade by them in the Pacific Northwest, on a small island in North Puget Sound. All their woods com from responsibly managed forests.
